3Q26 Investor Update

5–7 minutes

Superform Labs, New York, NY — October 13th, 2026

Back in July, we said Q3 would be about distribution and conversion. This quarter, we expanded both what people can do with Superform and where they can access it.

The biggest step was SuperStocks: bringing trading and earning together for tokenized U.S. stocks on Coinbase. We launched our first stock earning products on Base, expanded to Robinhood Chain with 170+ tradable tokenized stocks, and joined the Global Dollar Network. Alongside Android’s global rollout, new funding options, and additional languages, Superform is becoming a single place to access global markets and put assets to work.

This builds directly on SuperformOS, which launched in Q2. The infrastructure we built for programmable vaults now supports a broader product offering, connecting earning strategies with assets people already want to own.

There is still work to do on conversion. SuperVaults deposits declined during the quarter, and our new stock products remain early. But we enter Q4 with more products, broader distribution, and a clear focus: turn those launches into funded accounts, repeat usage, and recurring revenue.

Quick Highlights:

  • Launched SuperStocks, with earning vaults for tokenized NVIDIA, Tesla, Google, SpaceX, Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Meta exposure with Base and Aave.
  • Reached $1m in Earn Stocks deposits.
  • Launched on Robinhood Chain with 170+ tradable tokenized stocks.
  • Joined the Global Dollar Network and launched SuperUSDG.
  • Rolled out Android globally (160+ countries) and expanded iOS availability to Hong Kong, Singapore and Türkiye.
  • Added funding options across 20+ fiat currencies, instant U.S. bank deposits, and transfers from 20+ exchanges and wallets.
  • Launched referrals to complete the new user onboarding loop.
  • Reached 24,167 $UP holders and 5,589 sUP stakers as of September 29.

SuperStocks: Every Stock Should Earn

In Q2, we outlined a vision: anyone should be able to open Superform, buy an asset, and put it to work. In Q3, we brought that experience to tokenized stocks.

SuperNVDA opened pre-deposits on August 24, followed by SuperStocksUSDC, SuperSPCX, and SuperTSLA. Users can now access earning products for tokenized NVIDIA, SpaceX exposure, and Tesla, or lend USDC against tokenized stocks through Clearstar on Morpho.

The early adoption has been extremely encouraging. SuperNVDA represented roughly 8% of NVDA on Base at the end of the quarter, reaching $1M in a month post-launch.

Our approach is to make earning a natural extension of owning an asset. A user who buys tokenized NVIDIA should be able to explore earning opportunities without leaving Superform or navigating a collection of separate apps.

After quarter-end, Earn Stocks activated with Aave on October 6, moving the product into its next phase.

Expanding Across Base, Robinhood Chain, and Arc

Superform supported trading in Coinbase tokenized stocks from their launch in August. We also added access to stock liquidity on Aerodrome and introduced SuperStocksUSDC through Clearstar on Morpho.

On September 3, Superform went live on Robinhood Chain with 170+ tokenized stocks, extending our reach and the range of assets available to users.

This is where SuperformOS becomes increasingly valuable. The goal is to build a product once, operate it through transparent infrastructure, and distribute it through Superform and partner platforms. As more assets and networks come online, we can bring our earning capabilities to more markets.

Joining the Global Dollar Network

In September, Superform joined the Global Dollar Network and launched SuperUSDG on Robinhood Chain.

The launch adds another dollar earning option alongside our existing stablecoin products. It also reinforces an important part of the Superform experience: users should be able to move between holding dollars, buying assets, and earning without needing a different app for each activity.

Stocks broaden what users can own. Dollar earning products give them a way to put cash to work between investments. Both belong in the same place.

A More Accessible Superform

We made substantial progress this quarter on the practical steps that turn interest into usage: downloading the app, funding an account, and making a first transaction.

Our July upgrade brought the global Android rollout, support for 20+ fiat onramp currencies, instant U.S. bank funding, and passkeys. We added free instant ACH funding through Transak, alongside transfers from exchanges and wallets including Binance, Bybit, and Bitget.

In August, we localized the app into Korean, Chinese, Russian, and Ukrainian. In September, iOS expanded to Hong Kong and Türkiye.

We also launched a referral program that pays users 25% of the trading fees generated by the people they refer, for life.

Together, these releases make Superform easier to access, fund, and share. They provide the foundation for the next phase of growth.

Deposits and Usage

SuperVaults deposits stood at $16.7 million as of September 29, down 27% from $22.9 million on June 30. Most of the decline occurred in July and came from Ethereum vaults.

Deposits stabilized in September as the new stock products began onboarding users. With pre-deposits capped at $500,000 per stock vault, those launches were an initial test of demand rather than a major contributor to total deposits.

Mobile Weekly Earn Active Users improved to 367. The opportunity now is to build on that engagement by helping more users discover a product, fund it, and return.

Deposit growth remains a priority. Alongside it, we are tracking funded stock traders, trading volume, retention, and revenue to measure the broader business Superform is becoming.

$UP and Protocol Buybacks

As of September 29, $UP had 24,167 holders, with 5,589 wallets staking 12.3 million UP through sUP.

Under SIP-1, protocol fees fund onchain $UP repurchases. Approximately 2 million UP had been repurchased cumulatively at the time of the report. Repurchases paused during Q3 and resumed in early October.

Our expanding product offering creates more opportunities to generate protocol fees across trading, earning, and partner products. Building sustained usage across those products is central to supporting the buyback mechanism over time.

Holders can track supply, staking, fees, and buyback transactions at transparency.superform.xyz.

Looking Into Q4

Q2 established SuperformOS. Q3 brought that infrastructure to tokenized stocks and expanded our global reach. Q4 is about scaling the products and distribution we have put in place.

Our priorities are:

  • Grow funded accounts and repeat usage. Convert our expanded reach into stock trading and earning activity, with retention and acquisition economics guiding investment.
  • Expand products through SuperformOS. Bring more partner products into production and make SuperStocks accessible through more protocols and distribution platforms.
  • Build recurring revenue. Broaden trading capabilities, including planned Hyperliquid and prediction-market integrations.

Superform now connects more of the financial experience: fund an account, buy an asset, and put it to work. We believe bringing those activities together is how we build a product people return to, not just visit.

Tokenized stocks should earn. Dollars should earn. XRP should earn.

Buy and earn on anything.

Onward and UPward.
